Our 3rd annual Sprayfari cardboard race will be held from 5:00-6:00 pm. Come and roar for the boat that can paddle the fastest across the pool. When the pool opens at 6:00 pm we will stay open an additional hour until 9:00 pm with a DJ dance party that you can bring a raft or noodle with you to float the night away under the stars. Get busy planning, building and decorating a boat that looks like something you could imagine seeing on a safari adventure. Please, no paint allowed. All boats and oars need to be made out of cardboard and duct tape ONLY. Your boat should have the capacity to hold 1-2 people that are strong swimmers or participants will have to wear a coast guard approved life jacket that you are responsible to provide. Your boat will be launched and you will be required to paddle across the pool to the winning side. Please pre-register at the Apollo Recreation Center
before July 17, 2018. The registration fee is $5.00 per boat. Boater check-in is scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm
