For nearly 50 years, the Fox Valley Folklore Society has been bringing local, national and international talent to the Western Suburbs and this year's festival promises the same! Bask in the glory of the last summer holiday weekend listening to live music with 15 featured performers and other musical artists. Six stages run continuously with choices of mini-concerts, storytelling and topical & hands-on workshops as well as a Kids Zone with music and craft activities that is co-sponsored with American Science and Surplus. Stroll through a Fine Arts area and updated Children's Tent or bring your instrument to play along. Twirl at the old-fashioned Barn Dance/ then thrill to some spine-tingling tales as the crickets and train whistles blow through the dark. Join us on Labor Day Sunday fun for the whole family! SEVEN stages of live music and storytelling featuring music and storytelling featuring local, national and international performers!
